LIKEZERO, the next generation contract risk analysis and data capture company, is delighted to announce the appointment of Joli Riley as COO.
Joli will report to Mike Lines, LIKEZERO’s CEO and will work across the business ensuring all operations meet the needs of a growing and demanding client base. LIKEZERO provides a fully searchable golden source of legal agreement data. The software manages complex hierarchies of entities and documents and uses advanced mining and matching techniques to capture data from the most complex legal agreements. The data outputs enable Banks and Investment firms to improve quality, reduce cost and more importantly save time on difficult decision making to manage legal, credit and operational risk.
Joli has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets software and has spent the past decade with a leading software company, Aptitude Software. She was instrumental in the journey growing Aptitude Software into the North American and APAC markets. Prior to that she worked at Investment Banks such as Morgan Stanley and consulted for UBS and Barclays Capital. Joli brings a wealth of experience in leading delivery teams to implement software solutions to solve complex regulatory and accounting problems as well as leading post go-live support teams for excellent client experience.
LIKEZERO counts some of the world’s largest financial institutions among its blue-chip client base and continues to supply its software to the leading market data providers. The LIKEZERO team have been at the forefront of contract analysis innovation since the Global Financial Crisis in 2008 and the appointment of Joli will further strengthen the senior leadership team.

Alongside Joli, LIKEZERO has made another recent appointment to bolster its senior management team, with William Sumner joining as Head of Sales. Will is joining LIKEZERO with 20 years’ experience selling trading technology, the last 10 of which focused on global enterprise software solutions with large investment banks.
